Form submissions are processed in real time. No data is retained in the browser or cached locally on our servers.

Where your information is stored

Enquiry data submitted through our contact form is stored in monday.com, a third-party work operating system and CRM platform operated by monday.com Ltd. Monday.com is used by Unnati as our primary client relationship management tool.

Third-party storage notice: By submitting an enquiry, your data will be transferred to and stored within monday.com's cloud infrastructure. Monday.com Ltd. maintains its own data protection and security standards. For more information, refer to monday.com's Privacy Policy.

Unnati takes reasonable steps to ensure that any third-party service providers we engage maintain appropriate data protection standards consistent with POPIA.

Section 5

How your information is processed

When you submit the contact form, your data is transmitted to our server-side automation infrastructure via a secure webhook. This automation layer is built on n8n, an open-source workflow automation platform. The n8n workflow performs the following actions:

Receives the form payload over an encrypted HTTPS connection
Validates and formats the data
Creates a new record in our monday.com CRM board
Triggers an internal notification to the Unnati team

No automated decisions are made about you based on your submitted information. All follow-up is conducted by a member of the Unnati team.

Section 6

We do not sell your data

Unnati does not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise commercialise your personal information to any third party. Your information is used exclusively for the purposes stated in this policy and will not be shared with external parties except where required by law, or with service providers acting on our behalf (such as monday.com) under appropriate data processing terms.

Section 7

Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to service your enquiry and maintain a record of our engagement. This typically means:

Active enquiry records are retained throughout the engagement lifecycle
Where an enquiry does not progress to an engagement, records are retained for a reasonable period to allow for future follow-up at your request
Where you request deletion, we will remove your personal information from our systems within a reasonable timeframe (see Section 8)

We do not retain personal information indefinitely and periodically review our records for accuracy and necessity.
